In order to qualify for a full refund you must notify Crown Financial Ministries within 2 working days of receiving the products. The products must be returned to Crown in the same condition that they were dispatched (e.g. no packaging removed and unused). All shipping expenses will be covered by the customer, and Crown Financial Ministries reserve the right to refuse a full refund if damage has occured. In such cases an agreement will be made between Crown and the customer as to their entitled refund amount. |
